We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is a good communicator, patient, and focused on solving problems.
You will support customers from North America, the UK, and Australia through email, phone, and chat.


๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries from start to finish

  • Give support through email, phone, and live chat

  • Solve technical and general issues

  • Work with other teams to fix bugs

  • Keep customers updated during issue resolution

  • Write and update help articles

  • Share useful feedback and improvement ideas with the product team


โœ… Requirements

  • Graduate in any field

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Good at problem-solving and a quick learner

  • Comfortable working in night or early morning shifts (rotational)

  • Experience working in SaaS companies

  • Knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom

  • Experience with Jira or any bug-tracking system
