Process and manage invoicing requests

Handle email communication independently

Maintain accurate data records in Excel and other systems

Ensure timely and error-free data processing

Support other team members in administrative tasks

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

Excellent knowledge of computers and MS Excel

Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently

Must have a valid passport

Willingness to work on rotational shifts:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
