📝 Job Overview

Quodeck Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive who will also handle user management and platform administration for our learning and engagement platform. This role combines human resource management with technical coordination, making it perfect for someone who enjoys working with both people and systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage platform teams and enrolment rules.

Assign languages for different user groups.

Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for admins and creators.

Create and manage managers and learners on the platform.

Update learner details, assign admin/creator roles.

Download and share standard reports from the platform.

Coordinate with marketing teams to boost platform engagement.

Follow up with learners to encourage course completion.

✅ Preferred Skills & Requirements

Excellent English communication (spoken & written).

Strong attention to detail when managing user data.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Quick learner, adaptable to system or process changes.

Knowledge of role assignments & access permissions.
