🎯 About the Role

Namekart is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Trainee to research, collect, and manage large datasets. You’ll work with Google Sheets, Excel, and AI-driven tools to maintain structured and accurate information while ensuring high data quality.

This role is perfect for freshers who want to gain experience in data operations, research, and data cleaning.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Research information using AI tools, search engines, and online sources.

• Compile and organize data into Google Sheets / Excel.

• Audit and clean data to remove errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.

• Categorize and tag datasets for easy access and structured management.

✅ Requirements

• Fresher candidates can apply (0 years experience).

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Good English (spoken & written) communication.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to research credible sources and manage large datasets.

Preferred (Good to have):

• Knowledge of data cleaning techniques.

• Prior use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

• Understanding of tagging, classification, and metadata.

💰 Compensation

• Probation (1 month): ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 /month

• After probation: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,40,000 annual CTC

  • Fixed Pay: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,10,000 /year

  • Variable Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 /year
