  • Achieve loan disbursement targets with minimal delinquency.

  • Identify prospective customer segments and generate business.

  • Ensure log-in & disbursement ratio meets organizational standards.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding needs & cross-selling products.

  • Execute sales promotion activities to build brand awareness.
