🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Enter & update customer data, quotations, orders, invoices in Tally ERP / CRM.

• Maintain & update customer master records, contact details, credit limits.

• Generate & share quotations with sales team.

• Track pending orders, payments, dispatches & update reports.

• Process orders in Tally & ERP systems.

• Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) & follow up for payments.

• Coordinate with customers for order amendments.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (preferred)

• Experience: Prior knowledge of Tally ERP & Excel is required.

• Skills: Accuracy in data entry, good communication & coordination skills.
