Job Title: Data Entry Operator Intern – SCM Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in SCM systems and Excel.
• Verify and validate data regularly to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Help prepare reports and summaries for the SCM team as needed.
• Work with internal teams to gather and organize supply chain data.
• Manage and maintain digital files and documents systematically.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
• Assist with additional data-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
• High attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Able to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
