🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound telecalling (Domestic & International).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction & retention.

• Provide effective solutions to client challenges and maximize account value.

• Monitor account performance and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass (Minimum)

• Experience: Freshers welcome

• Gender: Both Male & Female can apply

• Skills: Good English communication preferred (no predefined technical skills required)
