You will act as a language bridge between Urdu-speaking and English-speaking people.
Your job will be to help them understand each other clearly on phone or video calls.

  • Listen carefully to both parties in a conversation

  • Translate accurately from English to Urdu and Urdu to English

  • Stay neutral and professional during conversations

  • Follow company guidelines and processes

  • Fluent in Urdu & English (Speaking is a must)

  • Good understanding of both languages

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Energetic and positive attitude

  • Willing to work night shifts and rotational offs
