🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our management team and handle office operations. The role involves administration, coordination, communication, and strong follow-up to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support & administrative assistance.

  • Prepare, manage & track expense reports.

  • Maintain effective communication channels within the team & with clients.

  • Handle general office management and administrative duties.

  • Use Google Sheets, MS Office, OneNote, AI tools, and latest tech for efficiency.

  • Ensure confidentiality while managing sensitive information.

  • Follow up with stakeholders & vendors efficiently.


Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (Business Administration preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication in Hindi & English (knowledge of other Indian/foreign languages is an added advantage).

    • Excellent follow-up & coordination skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets & modern office tools.

    • Strong organizational & time management abilities.

  • Other Criteria:

    • Married female candidates only, age 30–45.

    • Must provide personal & professional documents for background check.
